Shin Hae has extensive experience as a table tennis player, having competed at an elite level for 19 years, from 2003 to 2022. Her remarkable journey began during her formative years, when she consistently represented the Korean Youth National Team and actively participated in annual exchange matches and international open tournaments. Her success extended into adulthood, with victories in various individual and team performances at national tournaments and leagues. Shin Hae played professionally for Geumcheon City, Ansan City, and POSCO Energy. Beyond her successful playing career, Shin Hae pursued her passion for sports academically, earning an Associate of Sports degree with a specialization in Athletic Training from Daelim University College in South Korea, underscoring her commitment to sports.
