New Group Class Booking Policy & Procedure

Please review the following changes, effective immediately:

• Pre-Purchase Required: A session must be purchased before booking a class.
• Booking Required: Participants must book their spot on our calendar at least 1 day prior to the class date.
• Same-Day Bookings: Allowed, but subject to a $5 Late Booking Fee (effective Nov 15, 2025).
• Cancellations & Changes: You may cancel or change a booking for any reason up to 24 hours before the class starts. Cancellations within 24 hours will be considered used.
• Package Bookings: Purchasing a session package automatically books you for consecutive sessions (e.g., 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10). 
• How to Book or Adjust: Use our online system or contact our Front Desk Team during regular business hours.
