Expiration

Your credits for group or private lessons (when applicable) have an expiration. Validity period is indicated on your receipt. We encourage you to consume your credits within the given period. Unused credits cannot be extended or refunded in any circumstances unless the lesson’s cancellation is initiated by the center.

Group Lesson 10-pack – valid for 4 months

Group Lesson 5-pack – valid for 2 months

Private Lesson 10-pack – valid for 4 months

Others – varies, please refer to your receipt

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a private or group lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations, including those due to emergencies or health reasons.

Rescheduling

You have the ability to reschedule your private or group lessons online through the MindBody app. If you need assistance, please email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Unused Credits

Any credits not consumed within the validity period are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
